Illegal Alien Rapes 11-year-old Girl In Arkansas

Most American’s issue with immigration isn’t that immigrants are looking for a better opportunity by coming here, the issue lies in those who come over illegally. Some of the illegal immigrants that do make it here commit heinous crimes, and a percentage of those have been deported several times before.

Recently, a Mexican national living in northwest Arkansas was recently arrested and charged with the rape of an 11-year-old girl.  21-year-old Luis Mario Rodriguez-Torres was arrested on July 28th in Springdale, Ark., after being accused of raping the 11-year-old girl, according to KFSM 5 News.

The girl said she met Rodriguez-Torres through Snapchat and agreed to meet him in the Cave Springs area. Once with Rodriguez-Torres, the 11-year-old said that he would not let her leave, and raped her, according to a probable cause affidavit.

Rodriguez-Torres was working as a framer for the housing authority and was living in Northwest Arkansas illegally through the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System, a national computer system that is operated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

This was not the only girl that Rodriguez-Torres had contacted through Snapchat, according to deputies of the Benton County Sheriff’s Department.

Rodriguez-Torres is being held at the Benton County Jail on a $100,000 bond and has a hearing set for Sept. 4th in the Benton County Circuit Court.

His crime is considered a Class Y felony, the most serious of crimes in Arkansas, but not punishable by death. However, if Rodriguez-Torres is convicted, he could face life in prison.
