Smash Racism D.C. Founded By Professor Who Wants Mike Pence To Be Assassinated

The organization that chased Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) out of a Washington D.C. restaurant Monday night is led by a professor who advocates for killing police and Trump administration officials, as reported by Far Left Watch.
“Reminder that if Trump does end up winning this stupid thing to assassinate Mike Pence *first*,” said Mike Isaacson on election day in 2016.

Isaacson is a founding member of Smash Racism D.C., which harassed Cruz and his wife Heidi Monday night, forcing them to exit a restaurant where they were dining. The Tweet – which apparently does not violate Twitter’s Terms of Service – is still live.
Katie Bo Williams first wrote in The Hill about Isaacson’s affiliation with the group:
The justification [of the use of violence] is that Nazi ideology at its very core is founded on violence and on wielding power by any means,” said Mike Isaacson, who is one of the founders of Smash Racism D.C., an antifa organization in Washington.
Isaacson is unequivocal in his defense of violence as a legitimate tool to combat the creeping threat of what he deems authoritarianism.
“There is the question of whether these people should feel safe organizing as Nazis in public, and I don’t think they should,” said Isaacson.
“I don’t think anyone should think that someone who is intent on politically organizing for the sake of creating a state-sponsored genocide — I don’t think is something that we should protect.”
Of course, no one is advocating for “state-sponsored genocide.”
Far Left Watch reported reported in depth on Isaacson’s anti-police Tweets prior to last night’s incident involving Cruz.
“Some of y’all might think it sucks being an anti-fascist teaching at John Jay College but I think it’s a privilege to teach future dead cops,” he said in August 2017.
"Weren't you my econ professor?"
"See? You had the opportunity."

He also compared violent Antifa members to American soldiers fighting in foreign wars.
“Violence is what protects your ability to be nonviolent. If you can say the troops fight for your freedom, you can say the same of antifa,” he said.
