BREAKING: Suspicious Package Suspect Arrested in Broward County, Sheriff Israel To Lead Investigation
A man was arrested in Plantation, Florida in connection with suspicious packages that were sent to several prominent Democrats and CNN. Plantation, Florida is in Broward County, which is Debbie Wasserman-Schultz district. Sheriff Israel is heading up the investigation.
Cesar Sayo Jr., age 56, was arrested by Broward County Sheriffs, according to sources.
CBS reported that the suspect has an arrest record in New York, but may have lived in Brooklyn before moving down to Florida.

The Orlando Sentinel Reported:
A police source told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel that authorities tracked the suspect to Plantation, near Broward Boulevard and State Road 441. Jim DeFede of CBS4 News in Miami reported the arrest was made about 10:30 a.m. at an auto parts store in Plantation.
DeFede reported a “loud explosion” — possibly from a law-enforcement device — was heard during the arrest.
