A suspicious package that was addressed to the White House was intercepted Wednesday morning, this on the heals of “potential” explosive devices” having been addressed to former President Barack Obama and ex-presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, according to the Secret Service.
The suspicious package contained a pipe bomb and was addressed to the White House, but was intercepted at Joint Base Bolling in Washington, DC.

The device sent to Time Warner Center was also constructed with a pipe and wires, according to an NYPD source. The device was discovered in the building’s mailroom, according to authorities.
The building was evacuated, including offices for Warner Media and other Turner-owned properties like TNT, CNN offices, a shopping mall, and a Whole Foods grocery store that is located on the basement level.

The White House said it condemned the “attempted violent attacks.”
“We condemn the attempted violent attacks recently made against President Obama, President Clinton, Secretary Clinton, and other public figures,” White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement. “These terrorizing acts are despicable, and anyone responsible will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. The United States Secret Service and other law enforcement agencies are investigating and will take all appropriate actions to protect anyone threatened by these cowards.”
On Tuesday, a “suspicious package” was found in the mailbox of billionaire globalist George Soros in Bedford, New York. The package appeared to be an explosive device, according to police.
Soros was not at his estate at the time, two law enforcement sources said. One of the sources described the package as small and said it consisted of a PVC pipe with an “energetic” material and a powdery substance.
The Westchester County bomb squad responded to the scene, said Bedford Police Chief Melvin Padilla. The case was then turned over to the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force.
This story is still developing.
