WATCH: Woman Faints At Trump Rally In Missouri, Crowd Sings ‘Amazing Grace’ In Response

During President Trump’s last rally before midterms, a woman standing close to the stage faints, and the entire crowd spontaneously began to sing “Amazing Grace!”

The president chose to make his last stop in the hometown of one of Missouri’s most famous natives, radio show legend Rush Limbaugh.

The arena in Cape Girardeau was packed with lines out the door and thousands of people both inside and outside of the venue. Limbaugh introduced the Commander in Chief, while riling up the hometown crowd saying, “The Democrats haven’t even accepted that they lost the election in 2016 – Hillary Clinton colluded with Russia. Hillary Clinton rigged that election.”

After Trump took the stage and was just warming up, a woman near the stage fainted. Trump immediately asked “Is there a doctor in the house?” and upon paramedics tending to the woman Trump said, “Take your time. Take your time. We have plenty of time, right? Don’t rush. This is one of our great people.”

The crowd began to cheer and applaud as the paramedics and emergency medical staff rushed over to the woman. While President Trump stepped away from the microphone, the crowd stood in silence. “Say a little prayer. That’s good. Say a little prayer,” Trump told the crowd. Just a few moments later, a spontaneous rendition of the classic hymn ‘Amazing Grace’ began, getting increasingly more loud as people joined in singing. The president paused for 8 minutes while the woman received medical attention.

The hymn echoed through the arena as the woman was carried out of the hall on a stretcher.

President Trump then stepped back up to the microphone addressing the crowd, “I want to just thank everybody. That was beautiful. At the end was beautiful. ‘Amazing Grace.’ That was beautiful. Hopefully, she will be ok.”
