Dr, Corsi Preemptively Strikes Against Mueller
Monday Jerome Corsi, Ph.D., and his lawyers David Gray and Judicial Watch's Larry Klayman filed the complaint saying:
"The politically-motivated criminal investigation of Dr. Corsi, an investigative journalist, whose activities are protected by the First Amendment to the U.S. “
Constitution. Dr. Corsi has been threatened with immediate indictment by Mueller's prosecutorial staff unless he testifies falsely against Roger Stone and/or President Donald Trump and his presidential campaign, among other false testimony. "
The complaint goes on to say that the Special Council Team placed Dr. Corsi in a no-win situation, setting him up for a perjury trap in order for him to testify against President Trump in the ongoing "Russian Investigation." accepting Their plea deal would force be paramount to Dr. Corsi to admiting to lying to investigators. Dr. Corsi plans to reject the plea deal, saying that he did not believe he misled investigators and would not sign a lie.
The issue at hand regards a September 6th interview with prosecutors he did not communicate with Wikileaks on information they had on the Clinton campaign. Prosecutors then informed him they had emails stating the contrary, to which Dr. Corsi replied that he would have to review the emails. After reviewing the emails, Dr. Corsi amended his testimony.
Dr. Corsi maintains he is an investigative journalist and he obtained information on the Wikileaks Podesta drops in October using simple deductive reasoning and open source information, contrary to the claims of the Mueller team who maintains he and associate Roger Stone were involved in obtaining information for Trump campaign through Julian Assange that was damaging to the Clinton campaign.
