Jeb Bush Was Sleeping and Could Not Be Reached To Hear News of Father’s Passing
Jeb Bush was asleep early and could not be reached by phone to be told that his father died. The former presidential candidate later heard the news on television.
WFAA reports:“Jeb, interestingly enough, was asleep and turns off all his equipment at night so we couldn’t reach him,” said Neil Bush, Jeb’s brother and one of the president’s sons. “[Jeb] woke up at 4 in the morning and turned on the TV and found out that his dad had passed away. But every grandchild and every sibling was able to tell our father and our grandfather what an amazing man he was.” Neil Bush made the remarks as a surprise guest during a reception for members of the late president’s administration and his Points of Light Foundation.”
The Bush funeral Wednesday is drawing widespread signals of virtue from conservatives. The official story of George Bush’s death stated that he told James Baker he wanted to go to Heaven, so perhaps it is possible that the patriarch of the Bush dynasty repented for his sins on Earth.
Hillary Clinton, meanwhile, was not happy to see President Trump at the funeral.

While Michelle Obama embraced our friendly current president and Barack and Bill made pained gestures of acknowledgment toward Trump, Hillary Clinton declined to even look in his direction, instead staring straight ahead with vicious ferocity. The hatred evident here is staggering.
