Landmark Court Ruling Declares Obamacare Unconstitutional
On Friday, a federal court judge struck down Obamacare ruling that the individual mandate, which forced Americans to buy health insurance, is unconstitutional.
The judge went one step further declaring that the whole law must be struck down.

A federal judge in Texas said on Friday that the Affordable Care Act’s individual coverage mandate is unconstitutional and that the rest of the law must also fall.
District Judge Reed O’Connor stated that the reason the whole law must be wiped from the books is due to the inseverable nature of the provisions put in place.
The individual mandate is an essential function of Obama’s namesake legislation. The law relies on young healthy Americans paying for services they don’t need to prop up the unsustainable plan.
Obviously, this is huge news and exactly what many Republicans have been suggesting since before the bill’s text was even seen.
