President Trump on the Wall: "Watch What Happens"
In a video on Twitter, the President said the wall "will get built. We've made a lot of progress. Watch what happens."
Today Rush Limbaugh narrated what already had happened on Capitol Hill this afternoon--in a not-to-miss segment called "The President Tells Me It’s Money or Nothing."
Evidently Limbaugh had a direct connection to the President on his show--"The President got word to me 20 minutes ago," Limbaugh said.
And then Limbaugh took his audience to a high stakes/high drama ball game where the ball got tossed to Paul Ryan to President Trump to Mitch McConnell (aka The Turtle) to the $5 billion to the Veto to a shutdown and back to the Wall.
Limbaugh had his audience on the edge of their seats--and then President Trump tells us on Twitter to "Watch what happens."
You asked us to "Watch what happens," Mr. President. We're watching, Mr. President. We indeed are watching for what happens next.
