RUDY: Investigate Mueller For Deleting Strzok’s Texts!
President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani said that Trump will not give any more written answers to Special Counsel Robert Mueller.
“Do you expect that he’s going to have to answer more questions in writing?” Buck Sexton, co-host of Hill TV’s “Rising” asked Mr. Giuliani on Thursday.
“I think I announced about ten days ago ‘over my dead body’ and I’m not dead yet,” Mr. Giuliani responded, referencing a comment made on “Fox News Sunday” when asked about the chances of the president conducting an interview with Mr. Mueller and his team of prosecutors.
“[President Trump’s] not answering any more questions from these people – they are outrageous activity…we did enough,” Mr. Giuliani continued.

When asked about the deletion of text messages sent by former FBI agent Peter Strzok and his lover, Lisa Page, which showed animus towards the president, Mr. Giuliani said “Mueller should be investigated for destruction of evidence for allowing those text messages from Strzok to be erased, messages that would show the state of mind and tactics of his lead anti-Trump FBI agent at the start of his probe.”
In a Dec. 16 interview with Fox News anchor Chris Wallace, Mr. Giuliani describe the prospects of Mr. Trump sitting down with Mr. Mueller as follows: “Over my dead body, but, you know, I could be dead.”
Just a short time later, however, in an interview with Axios.com, Mr. Giuliani said that he may allow Mr. Trump to submit several more answers to Mr. Mueller. “Or we might not,” Mr. Giuliani then said at the end of the interview.
