Illegal Arrested for Raping Child in Texas After Multiple Deportations
Another illegal alien has been arrested for raping a child, this time in Texas.
“Jose Manuel Tiscareno Hernandez, 31, was arrested Saturday in Conroe for the sexual assault of a child, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office,” according to The Montgomery County Courier. “Hernandez began abusing the child when they were only 11 years old.”
According to the report, the investigators said that Hernandez was planning to flee to Mexico when they executed a search warrant on his home and took him into custody. He had been deported multiple times, according to the paper, though it did not say specifically how many times.
“He is now being held inside the Montgomery County Jail and a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold has been requested because of the crime committed and his immigration status,” the paper said.

Hernandez’s arrest gives the American public how financially burdensome illegal aliens are to the community.
According to the report, no fewer than five law enforcement entities were involved in arresting Hernandez. Those agencies included the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit and SWAT, Montgomery County district attorney’s office, FBI special agents, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the U.S. Marshals Service.
Last week, Big League Politics reported on two instances of illegal aliens sexually abusing minors. One man, living in Tennessee, was convicted of his second child rape in two years. Another, a member of the brutal El Salvadoran MS-13 gang, blackmailed a 14-year-old girl into a sexual relationship. The gang also forced her to sell drugs, and violently beat her with a baseball bat when she tried to escape their brutality.
All of these crimes would be preventable with a sane border security policy.
