President Trump Outside White House: ‘I May Declare A National Emergency’

President Donald Trump delivered a characteristically inspiring press briefing outside the White House Sunday.
“I may declare a national emergency dependent on what’s going to happen over the next few days,” President Trump said, referring to his plans to get the southern border Wall built despite congressional Democrat obstructionism. “We have a meeting. Vice President Pence and a group will be going to a certain location…and they’ll be having another meeting. I don’t expect to have anything happen at that meeting, nor does the Vice President.”
“Everybody’s playing games, but I can say this: I feel like the Democrats want to make a deal. I really do.”
