Illegal Alien Uber Driver Charged with Raping Passenger

An illegal alien living in Massachusetts has been charged with raping a passenger whom he picked up while driving for Uber.

“Immigration and Customs Enforcement has placed a detainer on 37-year-old Daudah Mayanja, of Waltham, who is a Ugandan citizen,” according to WCBV.

The alleged rape took place early Saturday morning, after which the victim called the police. He has been booked on two counts of rape.

WCBV was able to interview Mayanja despite the fact that he is in police custody. He proclaimed his innocence. He said:

That information that aired outside is wrong and false. She jumped from the back seat to the driver’s seat. When I pulled over, she jumped out from the car, (and) I left the scene. I called my bosses because, after, I noticed that she left her bag inside my car. I called the Uber offices to tell them about the situation. About 15 to 20 minutes after calling the Uber offices, I received a call from the police. She reported to the police that somebody, the driver, tried to rape her.

Manjaya reportedly turned himself in at a state police barracks. His bail was upped Sunday from $25,000 to $100,000 likely as a result of the ICE detainer.

There have been several such instances of illegal alien Uber drivers being accused of raping passengers.

Frederick Amfo, an illegal alien from Ghana, was charged with raping a passenger in Boston last April, but fled the country after local police failed to notify ICE and Amfo was released on bond. He was also supposed to surrender his passport, but never did.

Another illegal alien living in California was charged in Jan. 2018 with raping a passenger.

All of these alleged violent sexual crimes have taken place as elected officials in Washington, D.C. squabble about the open borders crisis.

Meanwhile, illegal border crossings are surging, and expected to hit 1.5 million in 2019. Trump has issued a National Emergency declaration, for which he has been sued by several heavily blue states, after Democrats refused to fund a border wall project in this year’s budget.

Even Republicans on Capitol Hill have faltered.

In what many conservatives see as a colossal failure, the Republican Congress, led by former Speaker Paul Ryan, current Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, failed to deliver wall funding to the president’s desk during all of 2017 and 2018, when Republicans held the House, the Senate, and the White House.

Last week, the Pentagon issued $1 billion in funding to begin wall construction.
