MSNBC 'Republican' Elise Jordan: Trump-Kim Meeting 'Makes Me Want to Puke' #Politics #RedPills

http://bit.ly/2Npr3Xp

This is the kind of sophisticated, insightful analysis that MSNBC pays the big bucks for . . .

On today's Morning Joe, MSNBC "Republican" Elise Jordan said the Trump-Kim meeting "makes me want to puke."

Other panelists provided more nuanced takes. Richard Haass of the Council of Foreign Relations, and David Ignatius of the Washington Post, suggested that the meeting could lead to negotiations in which the North Koreans, in return for the lifting of some sanctions, would give up more of their nuclear capabilities than they had offered at the failed meeting in February.

Former Obama aide Jeremy Bash was more critical, calling the meeting "symbolism over substance." But even he stopped short of expressing the visceral disgust that Jordan did.

It's said that nothing tops the passion of a convert. And so it is that if you want pure, unalloyed, burning Trump-hatred, you can't beat that delivered by MSNBC "Republicans" like Jordan, Nicolle Wallace, and Joe Scarborough.

Note: Jordan also claimed that the meeting "diminished our standing in the world." Like that created by Barack Obama cowering away from the Syrian redline he set down? Or secretly delivering pallets of cash to the Iranian mullahs?

Here's the transcript.

WILLIE GEIST: Elise, what did you think?

ELISE JORDAN: It makes me want to puke. Just my visceral reaction as an American who cares about democracy and human rights, the fact that Donald Trump is going out of his way to kiss up just to this monster, instead of actually projecting strength. What have we gotten from the North Koreans for all this pomp and circumstance and the propaganda coup of having the President of the United States crossing into the North Korea. I don't understand what we've gotten except diminished our own standing in the world.
