Former ICE Director Shuts Down Democrat Rep. Jayapal: ‘I’m a Taxpayer, You Work for Me’

Former ICE Director Tom Homan got into a heated exchange with the Chair of the House Subcommittee on Immigration and Citizenship, Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), during a Thursday hearing titled “The Expansion and Troubling Use of ICE Detention." Homan blamed Jayapal for failing to work with Trump to close immigration loopholes and called the hearing a “circus" when she tried to silence him with the gavel.
