Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) blasted Democrats for their support of sanctuary cities, citing the release of murderers, rapists, child molesters, domestic violence offenders, MS-13 gang members, and more while speaking to ICE Acting Executive Associate Director Timothy S. Robbins during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Tuesday. "I've talked to too many people across this country who have lost their children," Cruz said, before bringing up the late Kate Steinle. "Political posturing killed her," he said, condemning Democrats for voting against "Kate's Law."
