White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany accused Democrats of being "unserious" in coronavirus relief negotiations with the Trump administration during her press conference Monday. "We encourage Democrats to really negotiate with us in good faith. So far, they have not done so; in fact, moving further away from us rather than towards us. Negotiations work by coming towards one another," McEnany said.
