Project Veritas Video Exposes Twitter CEO’s Censorship Plans: ‘Much Bigger Than Just One Account’ #Political
Previewing the release, Project Veritas President James O’Keefe tweeted, “A whistleblower inside @Twitter recorded their CEO @jack and sent us the tape.”
According to O’Keefe, the video details Twitter’s agenda for further political censorship.
In the video, which is dated January 8, the same day President Trump was permanently banned from Twitter, Dorsey tells employees, “This is going to be much bigger than just one account [Trump’s] and it's going to go on for much longer than just this day this week. And the next few weeks and go on beyond the inauguration.”
He later emphasized, “It is not going away.”

The whistleblower video comes after Dorsey took to Twitter on Wednesday to rationalize the platform’s banishment of Trump, saying, “I believe this was the right decision for Twitter,” while noting that the action the company took “sets a precedent I feel is dangerous.”
Before he was banned, Twitter targeted Trump with more than a year of unprecedented restriction of his tweets, including a 12-hour suspension for posting a video in which he called for “peace” amid the January 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol building. Trump and his campaign had been censored by Twitter 625 times as of January 4.
Earlier this week, conservative leaders, including Media Research Center President Brent Bozell warned, “The entire conservative movement will be canceled by the left and their thugs if we let them. They will turn the screws on conservatives if we don’t defend our rights. It is time to stand up and demand the breakup of these big tech monopolies.”
