Biden Flashback: FBI Does Not ‘Reach Conclusions’ On Sexual Harassment Cases

Obama Vice President and multiple-time presidential aspirant Joe Biden said in the Anita Hill hearings in 1991 that FBI reports are meaningless in sexual harassment cases because they do not reach conclusions.

While Democrats try to push the FBI to investigate Brett Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford’s unsubstantiated claim that Kavanaugh was physically inappropriate with her, the NTK Network points to a flashback that exposes political hypocrisy.

Here is Biden in 1991 defending Anita Hill in his failed quest to stop Clarence Thomas from joining the Supreme Court. The Republicans were promoting an FBI report which did not condemn Thomas, so Biden trashed FBI reports in general.

“The last thing I will point out, the next person who refers to an FBI report as being worth anything, obviously doesn’t understand anything. FBI explicitly does not, in this or any other case, reach a conclusion, period. Period. The reason why we cannot rely on the FBI report [is] you would not like it if we did because it is inconclusive. They say, ‘He said, she said, and they said. Period,” Biden stated.

“So when people wave an FBI report before you, understand they do not, they do not reach conclusions,” Biden added.
