According to Joshua Caplan of Breitbart News, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein has verbally resigned to Chief of Staff John Kelly.

This resignation falls hard on the heels of reports claiming that the DAG "considered secretly recording President Donald Trump . . . to invoke the 25th amendment in a bid to remove him.”
