Toronto Sun to Publish Cartoon Blaming Trump for Bomb Scare Without Evidence
A Toronto Sun cartoonist shared what will be Thursday’s cartoon, which blames President Donald J. Trump for the bomb scare at CNN and the homes of prominent Democrats.
“Here’s Thursday’s #bombthreat cartoon in @TorontoStar #magabomber,” said cartoonist Theo Moudakis on Twitter.

Cartoons used to be funny – that’s why papers began running them years ago. They are almost obligatory now, though the humor seems to have depreciated since then.
Moudakis’ image depicts Trump sitting at a desk, putting a bomb-shaped thought bubble into a box, apparently to be mailed. It is non-cleverly headlined “Bombmaker-In-Chief.” There is absolutely no evidence that Trump or his supporters motivated the bomb scares, but that will not stop the Toronto Sun from blaming him.
